SRJC Hockey Club’s 2015-16 Sponsorship Team Announced

          The SRJC Polar Bears are pleased to announce their 2015-16 sponsorship team. The success of the SRJC Ice Hockey team is credited largely to their sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to the club. As a club hockey team the Polar Bears receive no financial support from the Santa Rosa Junior College. The money raised from the sponsorships goes towards supporting team operations, travel expenses, ice time costs and league fees, which can total up to $60,000 for a single season. Without the willingness of local businesses college hockey in Santa Rosa would not exist.

         Jack's Urban Eats, West Side Grill, Kenwood Fence, Lagunitas Brewing Company  Jim Bone Kia, The Bamboo Stork, Minuteman Press, NY Pie, and Pine Creak Rentals have signed with the Polar Bears as platinum level sponsors.  "It's exciting to see the growth of our hockey club within the community. As our exposure increases so will our sponsorships and the returns and rewards they gain from us and our fans,” stated SRJC Ice Hockey Director of Operations, Jacob Fitzpatrick.

          Several other businesses are supporting the SRJC hockey club as gold, silver and bronze level sponsors. Mark A Rogers Construction, Fitz Designz, Atterbury & Associates, W Real Estate, Healdsburg Lumber and 5th Street Financial, are committed to bring the 2015-16 college hockey season to you, right here in Santa Rosa.
